The Accompanying Person Fee includes lunches (Monday to Thursday), morning and afternoon teas/coffees (Monday to Friday) and the Welcome Reception (Monday evening).
The Day Delegate (Tuesday/Thursday) rate includes lunch and teas/coffees on the requested day.
The Day Delegate (Monday/Wednesday/Friday) rate includes lunch (apart from Friday) and morning or afternoon tea/coffee on the requested day.
